The staff were super accommodating, making our stay enjoyable while visiting the nearby plaza. I loved the margherita pizza at the café. it was truly the highlight for us as a family. The comfy family room was perfect for our little one to play.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby food options and attractions. The room size is decent, and I appreciated having a fridge. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, particularly during check-in. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning. it was poorly positioned, making it uncomfortable at night. Breakfast options were also lacking. it mostly consisted of reheated leftovers without a menu. They even attempted to charge full price for my child’s breakfast, which was unexpected. Management's response time was slow when I had inquiries, which added to my frustration. Despite the pleasant stay, improvements in dining options and maintenance could make a significant difference for future guests.

The central location made exploring Butuan City easy, and the spacious room was a plus. However, the absence of an elevator made accessing the third floor exhausting with luggage.

the deluxe twin room was spacious and clean, making it a nice stay for my family. we enjoyed the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. the hotel is conveniently located, so we could explore almont city easily with lots of people rushing around at night. breakfast had improved a bit, but there’s still room for more variety.

On the downside, the room needed some repairs, notably loose locks and issues with the bathroom cleanliness standards. The breakfast lacked variety and the communication for meal inclusions caused confusion. This stay had its highlights but also significant areas for improvement.

I adored the cozy ambiance during my stay in the Family Room. The complimentary airport shuttle service was such a lifesaver, especially during those light showers! Plus, the diverse dining options kept me satisfied with delicious meals right in the heart of the hotel.
